Meckel's diverticulum is found in 2% of the population, which makes it commonest congenital abnormality gastrointestinal tract. It diagnosed as an incidental finding during surgery for other reasons. 100 cm from ileocecal junction, at antimesenteric border. Other presentations can be abdominal pain, infection, bleeding ectopic mucosa, recurrent intestinal obstruction, etc. formed embryonic period due to incomplete obliteration omphalomesenteric duct. Treatment this complication removal diverticulum.[1] [2]
